What article on docs.github.com is affected?
https://github.com/github/docs/blob/d0a86a5700a8ced93915b0d4b639bf3efd3d34bd/content/billing/concepts/product-billing/github-actions.md#minute-multipliers
What part(s) of the article would you like to see updated?
The linked older version of this article mentions that Windows runners consume 2x the number of included minutes and Mac OS runners consume 10x the number of included minutes.
Based on the behavior we see within our organization this rule still appears to be applicable, since it's the only thing that can explain a large discrepancy between measured runtime minutes and billed minutes.
Was this accidentally removed from the documentation and should it be included again? Or has this behavior changed, and should all runner minutes count the same towards the number included in the plan?
