Describe the solution you'd like
An admin should have the possibility to create or delete a user account. The deletion of a user account must always be confirmed by at least two admins.

Additional Comments

• The deletion of a user account must always be confirmed by at least two admins.
• If there are more than two admins, you should be able to make a preconfiguration, who is allowed to confirm this.
• As an addition, you can optionally give a note why the user account should be deleted. Examples are: Test account, the account is no longer used or player has behaved badly.
