Release Nuget packages

When ready for public use release a set of Nuget packages.

I'm guessing this work hasn't been done yet since it doesn't appear in a Nuget search.

How would you use this in for .Net 4.8 in Visual Studio? Are there regularly updated binaries, or will I need to build this myself and download changes as needed?

You have to build the project from source currently.

If you'd like to submit a PR that updates to the latest version then that would be most welcome.

Releasing nuget packages is time consuming, so I'd likely be looking for volunteers to help out with the project to make that happen.
