We need to be able to have a user configurable task that clear the help and demonstration list. This is closely related to https://github.com/bubify/bubify-backend/issues/2. Note that resolving this issue should also patch the hard coded warnings in https://github.com/bubify/bubify-frontend/blob/main/src/components/selectGoalsToDemonstrate/SelectGoalsToDemonstrate.tsx#L180 and https://github.com/bubify/bubify-frontend/blob/main/src/components/selectUsersHelpList/SelectUsersHelpList.tsx#L152.
