When using the link wizard a second time, changing something in the above section (target, title, CSS class, additional parameters) and then click the refresh button (in german "Aktualisieren"), the previously integrated URI parameter "L" with the language gets discarded and the link is no longer working.
Opening the link wizard once again and choose the same content element manually by clicking recreates the link with "L" parameter and with all entered/selected additional data from the above section).
So, it's working but only as long as no changes are being made to other link parameters.
Tested under TYPO3 13.4.23 (legacy installation) and Google Chrome (Windows).
