Description
Add credential TUI flow simply goes back to the previous step if there is no input at the API key step. It should force the user to enter a value. Otherwise, it forms a loop.
Steps to Reproduce
add credential TUI:
put nothing in API Key step, it would just go back
Expected Behavior
it should validate and force the user to enter an input

it just goes back on enter
