Health checks based on contribution data over time

For staticsitengenerators.net I'd like to add health checks for the projects - so that one can evaluate the following things

• is the rate of contributions slowing down, staying the same, or speeding up
• how active is a project
• is the project monopolised by a few individuals or maintained by a large team, at least over the past 6 months

Seems https://developer.github.com/v3/repos/statistics/ gives us some useful data, and perhaps https://api-docs.npms.io/#api-Package-GetPackageInfo from npms.io can provide useful data too that can hopefully be abstracted to be repo centric rather than tech/npm centric
