Bug Description
There is a critical authentication/database mapping issue between the Suno Mobile App and the Desktop Web interface for Premier subscribers.
My phone number (+972547768161) is currently logged into my active Premier Subscription on the mobile app, where all my active, uncompleted tracks and credits reside. However, when attempting to log in on Desktop using the exact same phone number via SMS verification, the system forces a login into a completely different, free account under the username: planetagal.
Because Suno Studio (multitrack editing) is exclusive to desktop, I am completely locked out of editing my premium projects, resulting in dozens of wasted work hours.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT SUGGEST BASIC AUTH WORKAROUNDS
I have already deep-tested every standard troubleshooting step. Do not reply with generic support scripts like "try signing in with Google/Apple/Discord" or "clear cookies". - Signing in with Google/Apple on desktop either logs me into the empty 'planetagal' account or creates a brand new empty profile.
- The mobile app is strictly holding the Premier session, but the underlying database mapping for +972547768161 is corrupted and forcing the desktop routing to the wrong User ID. This requires a manual backend fix/unlinking from your auth engineering team.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log into the Suno Mobile App (Active Premier Account with tracks).
- Go to Desktop Web (suno.com), click Sign In.
- Choose "Phone" authentication and enter +972547768161.
- Complete SMS verification.
- Desktop environment loads a completely different, free account user ("planetagal") instead of the correct Premier profile.
Expected Behavior
Phone number authentication should resolve to the unique User ID associated with the Premier subscription across all platforms (Mobile and Desktop).
