Reloaded II Steam API fix for Digimon Time Stranger or any other Game on steam Deck

so guys you know how reloaded II some times has the problem to read or run the Steam API on steam deck when you start the game through reloaded II to get your mods working it turns out there is super easy fix so here is the fix you go to system setting on desktop mode and go to firewall setting and change default incoming police to allow and then fire up reloaded II and run the game like you always do and it will work normal and wont give you the error message that it cant find the Steam API also the firewall setting with the default incoming police will automatically resets itself to reject and this is how you fix the steam API faster one more thing i forgot you first need to copy and past the steam_appid.txt file from the game folder into the Reloaded install folder basically the extracted release folder
