Clean-up module folders

If we are not using files as part of the repo because of refactoring they should be removed along with any other files.

• E.g. Remove exchange.ps1, restorebackup.ps1, exposebackup.ps1 which is not referenced in the folder.

• Eg. Readme.md files in all directories. Should we be doing this or just have the central readme.md on the main page?

• E.g. Remove sqlserver-scripts folder if we are not using.
• Other unused files.

SQL Server scripts have their own repository at https://github.com/PureStorage-OpenConnect/sqlserver-scripts.git . Contents of sqlserver-scripts are supposed to go there.

Understood. So when we release, we need to push updated sqlserver-scripts to that repo and remove the local folder of sqlserver-scripts from the toolkit3 repo. Make sense?
