Talk about Flatpak Linux release #322

Description

@gonX

As the Flatpak does not automatically install critical files needed for accessing tablets and disabling existing drivers (udev rules + module blacklist), this installation type should be considered as at least advanced level - not something that is suggested for intermediates or beginners, as they would likely not understand the implications.

An upstream issue (disclaimer: by me) has similar concerns about rewording "officially supported installation methods" in OpenTabletDriver/OpenTabletDriver#4337, and the Flatpak package specifically often causes friction between users and maintainers (or support) as seen in e.g. OpenTabletDriver/OpenTabletDriver#3835 and often on our Discord.

On the contrary, the Flatpak package has shown to be useful for users on less-supported distributions (especially immutable Linux distributions), so it should still be respected as a valid installation option.
