customize_framework.sh error (jellybean)

I think somethings wrong in the customize_framework.sh:

mv: cannot execute stat() on 'out/framework2.jar.out/smali/miui/': no such file or directory
make: *** [out/framework2.jar] Error 1

If i disable that command, run "make clean" and start over, the build continues and completes. But after flashing fullota.zip, i get a bootloop. (But not sure if this issue is the actual cause, although I thought the rom ought to at least boot, when I haven't touched the i9300 folder contents...? )

I ran commands:
cd patchrom
. build/envsetup.sh
cd i9300
make fullota
