Subject: [PATCH] feat(bot): apply the guild's branding accent color to posted
 embeds

`postBranded` already loads the guild's branding for the webhook avatar — also
use its accent color (`branding.accentColor`) for the embed color of posted
forms and the review embed, so Discord posts match the guild's brand. Applied
whether or not the webhook appearance is set; falls back to the embed's default
green when no/invalid accent color is configured.
