Add favicon to all documentation pages

Description

Currently we haven't a favicon that is the small icon displayed in browser tabs. Adding a favicon helps with visual identification and improves the user experience.

Expected

A favicon (e.g., the LibreSign logo like at libresign.coop) should appear in the browser tab when visiting the documentation site.

to-do

• Add a suitable favicon image (preferably .ico or .png) to the documentation assets.
• Include the favicon using the appropriate <link rel="icon" ...> tag in the HTML .
• Submit a PR with a short description of what was added and screenshots.

Tips

• Make sure your image is square (e.g., 64x64 or 32x32 pixels).
• You need to test locally by opening the HTML file in a browser and checking the tab icon.
