There is a recovery mode on TI calculators allowing you to reinstall an operating system in all cases.

@GAMERXAN what happens when you take out one AAA battery, and hold down the DEL key while putting it back in?

sorry... forgot i made this but i have tried the battery out + del method and the screen comes up but it just shuts off after a sec

and sometimes it can start the install but stays at 0%

Is your cable in good condition? Are your batteries correctly charged? What software do you use for flashing?
