Unit "C" parsed as couloumbs instead of Celsius

If I provide a unit of "C", it gets parsed as some strang unit (maybe Couloumbs?) not Celsius. Since Celsius is a much more common unit for enzymology, it might make sense to change that default behavior or at least throw a warning.

PyEnzyme uses Astropy to parse string expressions into corresponding EnzymeML UnitDefinitionobjects. The package parses almost all of the SI units and thus C as Coulomb. To define a Celsius unit either provide °C or deg_C for successful parsing. See this Example Notebook

I didn't know about the "deg_C" option. Thanks. Can that be added to one of the example files?

Out of curiosity, why use Astropy instead of Pint for unit conversion? I was introduced to Pint when using the eQuilibrator python API.
