Add optional setting to allow auto-save after every change

When Groot crashes, we lose all progress made on the tree since last save.

Describe the solution you'd like
Could you add a settings to enable auto-saving the tree on every change i make? (Like VS code saves every change)
If this is performance wise not a good idea then it might not be a good plan, I don't know how it works internally.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A feature where it auto saves a backup file somewhere on changes so that Groot2 can recover its changes if it crashes or hangs would also be a great improvement. (Every 30sec or couple minutes or so?)

the application already warn you if you forget to save and CTRL+S finally works as expected (or should).

I am not sure if I really want auto-save. What I might want is a "recovery dave" if application crashed

Warning is indeed working when i request to close Groot2.
It's mostly because VSCode saves automatically that the ctrl+S habit is gone ;) Sometimes the little * next to the file is not visible when working on multiple files with multiple sub-trees, so forgetting that I need to save is a regular occurrence.
